Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:

  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on golf grips or used golf balls. All sales of these items are final.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For standard returns (customer’s choice):

  • DHL/FedEx: Use the original packaging for optimal protection of your clubs or GPS units
  • EMS: Available for international returns (excluding Asia and remote regions)

For defective items, we’ll cover return shipping costs via our provided label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned golf gear:
