Standard Shipping (10-15 business days after dispatch):

  • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Ideal for golf clubs, trollies, and larger equipment

Free Shipping (15-25 business days after dispatch):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available on orders over $50
  • Best for smaller items like balls, grips, and accessories
  • Not available to Asia and certain remote regions

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products like you stand behind every putt. If your golf gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Required: Proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Golf grips (hygiene reasons)
  • Used golf balls (safety reasons)

All sales of these items are final.

  • EMS: Available for international returns (excluding Asia and remote regions)

For defective items, we cover return shipping costs via our provided label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned golf gear:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

Need a different flex on your Bridgestone clubs? Or another model of golf cart?

  • Exchanges subject to product availability
  • We cover one-way shipping for exchanges of defective items
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your electric trolley or other equipment arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the damaged product/packaging
  • We’ll expedite a replacement at no additional cost
